1. What is the return policy?

- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How do I request a return?

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers must send the product back to the designated sender location provided during the refund process.
- Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund criteria.
- Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

10. Can I cancel my order?
Order Cancellation Policy
- Within 24 Hours: Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund.
- After 24 Hours but Before Dispatch: Orders canceled after 24 hours but before dispatch may be subject to deductions of 35% to cover processing costs.
- After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. Customers may initiate a return under the Return & Refund Policy.
