Once an order has been processed, customized, manufactured, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be approved.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is returned because:

  • An incorrect address was provided,
  • Delivery was refused,
  • The package was unclaimed,

additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.
