At Alaska Jackets, every jacket is inspected carefully before it leaves our facility. We want your experience to be worry-free, so we make this process simple and transparent.
Return and Exchange Policy:
If your order isn’t quite right — such as a size mismatch or a noticeable difference in design or color — you can request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your product.
Return/Refund & Exchange Eligibility:
You’re eligible for a refund or exchange if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and all tags are attached.
There are no alterations made by the customer.
You’re not eligible for a refund or exchange if:
You ordered multiple similar items in different sizes just to try them on.
The product was custom-made or personalized.
The tags/labels are removed.
The request is due to a change of mind, accidental order, or made after 30 days.
How to Start a Return
Email info@alaskajackets.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos showing the issue.
Our team will review your request within one business day.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees applied by their country. These import duties are variable according to the country the product is being imported to and will be paid by the customers.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team. We will send you a replacement right away.
Restocking Fees Absolutely None!
At Alaska Jackets, we believe in transparency and fairness.
We do not charge any restocking fee for returned or exchanged items.
You can return eligible products without worrying about extra costs for repackaging or restocking.
