Order Cancellation Policy

• Within 24 Hours: Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund.
• After 24 Hours but Before Dispatch: Orders canceled after 24 hours but before dispatch may be subject to deductions of 35% to cover processing costs.
• After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. Customers may initiate a return under the Return & Refund Policy.

Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy

At Alaska Jackets, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we’re here to help if something doesn’t meet your expectations. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it.
• Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
