Shipping Coverage:
We ship worldwide.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Free Standard Shipping: USA, UK, Canada, Australia (no minimum order).

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $25 USD for all other countries.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Handling/Processing: 5-7 business days (Mon–Fri)

  • Transit Time: 5-8 business days (Mon-Fri)

  • Total Estimated Time: 10-15 business days for USA/UK/Canada/Australia.

  • Total Estimated Time: 10-15 business days for all other countries.

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed and confirmed by 2:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) qualify for same-day handling. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Origin / Warehouses:
Orders are fulfilled from one of our warehouses, depending on availability and your delivery region. We operate fulfilment centres in the United States, China, and Pakistan.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
After we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which becomes active within 24 hours.

We partner with trusted delivery companies, including FedEx, DHL, Skynet, and UPS, to ensure reliable shipping worldwide. The selected carrier may vary based on your location and the delivery option chosen.

International Duties & Taxes:
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Alaska Jackets is not responsible for these charges.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of payment.

  • If cancelled after 24 hours but before dispatch, a 35% processing fee may apply.

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; you may submit a return once delivered, following our [Refund & Returns Policy].
