Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and must include proof of purchase.

  • Items returned after 30 days cannot be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@alaskajackets.com or use the contact form and include your Order Number and reason for return.

  2. After approval, we will send you a Return Shipping Label or Return Address (please use the provided address):

  3. The item must be returned as per instructions or returns may be denied.

3. Shipping Cost & Duties

  • Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect, damaged, or defective item), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For international orders: Any import duties or taxes charged in your destination country are non-refundable by us.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of refund approval within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If you requested an exchange and the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

  • For exchanges: you may need to pay any shipping difference or price difference where applicable.

6. Exceptions

  • We cannot accept returns for: items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing original packaging/tags.

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery.

Our products are crafted with care in our production units located in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and China.
Please note: Your item may ship from our warehouse in USA, UK, or Asia, depending on your location and stock availability.
