Return Eligibility

To request a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • No signs of damage, stains, odors, or alterations should be present.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed for a size change.
  • Items must not be listed as “Final Sale” or part of a clearance promotion.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made jackets tailored to customer specifications.
  • Limited-edition items and discontinued styles.
  • Sale items (unless defective or incorrect).
  • Worn, washed, or damaged products due to misuse.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Approval: Our customer support team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • prepaid return label may be provided for defective or incorrect orders.
  • Processing: Once received, returns are processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds & Store Credit:
    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
    • Exchanges will be shipped within 5 days after the return is approved.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defectiveor incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@alaskajackets.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Abandoned or Lost Orders

Customers are responsible for shipping costs if an order is:

🚫 Lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
🚫 Destroyed or not picked up from the carrier’s facility.
