Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, our refund and cancellation policies are outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Used, damaged, or worn items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom-made jackets cannot be refunded or exchanged due to size issues, as measurements are provided by the customer.
  • Refunds are only applicable for resellable items.

Valid Reasons for a Refund

  • Incorrect Size/Item Received – If you receive an incorrect size or item due to our error.
  • Damaged or Defective Items – If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
  • Manufacturing Defects – Any genuine defect in craftsmanship will be assessed for a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

🚫 Custom-made jackets (unless damaged upon arrival).
🚫 Worn, washed, or altered items.
🚫 Incorrect measurements due to customer error (we do not accept measurements from worn clothing).

Refund Options

Customers can choose between:

  • Full Refund – Issued to the original payment method.
  • Store Credit – This can be used for future purchases.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If a product arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, Alaska Jackets will cover the return shipping fee.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • Orders with expedited shipping (Rush Orders) cannot be canceled once placed.
  • Cancellation requests after 24 hours are not guaranteed, as orders move into processing.

Ship the return (if required) to the address provided by our customer support team.
