Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly while maintaining the integrity of our handmade products.
Return Eligibility
To request a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- No signs of damage, stains, odors, or alterations should be present.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed for a size change.
- Items must not be listed as “Final Sale” or part of a clearance promotion.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made jackets tailored to customer specifications.
- Limited-edition items and discontinued styles.
- Sale items (unless defective or incorrect).
- Worn, washed, or damaged products due to misuse.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Approval: Our customer support team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- A prepaid return label may be provided for defective or incorrect orders.
- Processing: Once received, returns are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds & Store Credit:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
- Exchanges will be shipped within 5 days after the return is approved.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@alaskajackets.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Abandoned or Lost Orders
Customers are responsible for shipping costs if an order is:

🚫 Lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
🚫 Destroyed or not picked up from the carrier’s facility.
